Liked the location to a reef. The atmosphere created was SPECIAL.

The hotel is gorgeous and has great views of the "private" beach. The breakfast offered a wide array of goodies. The staff was pretty friendly, and the check-in was easy. The hotel is located magnificently for our visit, with Seaside golfing just a short walk away.

The room had a stunning beach and ocean view, with a spacious balcony. It had a large bathroom and a walk-in closet. Amenities included fast wifi, great A/C, and a coffee maker. The host was kind and available when needed. a favorite place to stay.

The location was beautiful and magnificent, just off the beach, the cruise ships and the center. I had a rather big and huge room with a fabulous panoramic view and a hammock, for instance.

We absolutely loved our stay at Puerta Del Mar Cozumel. The privacy and security made us feel right at home. The property is stunning, with the ocean just steps away from our room. The sand was perfect for long walks on the beach, and we took advantage of the fantastic snorkeling right in front of the hotel. The breakfast options, though limited, were satisfying. We were impressed with the spaciousness of our room, complete with a jetted tub and bidet. The owner was gracious and always available if we needed anything. The cleanliness of the property, from the towels to the sheets, was top-notch. And the gardener and cleaners were friendly and did an excellent job. we had a breathtaking experience and would definitely recommend Puerta Del Mar Cozumel to others.

Located right on the beach, Puerta Del Mar Cozumel offers a tranquil and beautiful setting for a relaxing stay. Guests can enjoy snorkeling right in front of the hotel or explore the nearby reef just around the corner. The rooms are spacious and feature stunning ocean views, with a large balcony to relax and take in the scenery. The bathroom is also spacious and well-equipped. The service is top-notch, with a kind and helpful host and attentive maid. Breakfast is included and offers a variety of options. this is a fantastic place to stay for a peaceful beach getaway.

While the hot water takes a bit of time to get hot, it is a minor inconvenience that can be found in many hotels on the island.

The hotel is located right on the beach, and it's just a short walk to San Juan Reef.

As backpackers, we loved the big living area and backyard with beach access. the jacuzzi was a bonus, even though it was a bit cold. We also enjoyed borrowing the bikes for our entire stay.

Felt snug, no complaints whatsoever.

We loved the peaceful location of this hotel which was close to the center and offered a breathtaking view of the unspoiled beach. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, and we appreciated that transportation was readily available. The breakfast was decent and the staff was accommodating and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was spacious and breathtaking, with a fabulous panoramic view of the beach and ocean. We felt secure and loved the privacy. The beach was beautiful and the sand perfect for walking. Fresh papaya and melon were served every morning for breakfast. The owner, Raul, was gracious and helpful. We enjoyed riding the rental bikes and exploring different snorkel spots.

Unwelcoming staff with poor communication skills, outdated appliances in the room, not a great value for the price. Spent more time dealing with issues than enjoying the supposed luxury amenities.
